Fat Burning Secrets.

Obesity affects over 95 million people and over 30 million are diabetic. People are finally waking up and realizing they need to change something. The problem is there are too many diet fads and get thin quick schemes it is hard to find one that really works. Well what works for one does not necessarily work for the other. When I first started eating a little better and exercising I ran into a lot of problems losing excess body fat. No matter how vigorous my workouts were, what I took, what I ate(or didn't) there were always those "hard to reach" spots of fat like my lower abdomen and my thighs. I could not figure it out, I was getting discouraged. I was busting my ass and eating tasteless food(this changed when I realized healthy food can taste good(https://bac5d1kfq4jnl2p1lgiex4rkhz.hop.clickbank.net/)and I was not seeing results. So I turned to someone that has helped me through some of the toughest times, my trustee computer. The thing is, there is so much crap online that it can be hard to find what your looking for and have it come from a reliable source. I Finally found what I needed and It wasn't some expensive pill or famous diet. It was a combination of things which have changed my life.


Ok, so first I'll give you a little background about myself. If you don't know me, my name is David Xane and I am a recovering heroine addict. I didn't care about my life, my body or anyone around me. You would not believe some of the shit I have done to this body. After years of abuse I just woke up one day in dirty week old clothes, no money, no friends and said this is it, I'm done. I was tired Of being a nobody. Tired of feeling bad all the time, looking terrible and hurting the people I love. So I kicked the habit(which was one of the worst things I have ever went through) and started following some easy workouts on youtube. I also changed my diet and started taking a few supplements. Instantly I started feeling better. The only thing was that I wasn't meeting my goals for weight loss. I was about 60 pounds over weight. Weeks turn into months of workout after workout with little or no progress. I kept hearing things like it's my body type or some people are "just built that way" but i refused to believe that. Finally I have come up with a program that is relative to the individual. Something that can be tweaked to fit your unique type. Below I am posting a 6 week low-carb diet, a short workout format you can build from, and my morning yoga routine that really changed everything about me. I know that is a bold statement but y. Okay so this is a little bit of a cliche statement but "Yoga is a lifestyle" and if you find the right routine and you have a good teacher the impact it can have on everyday life is beyond the imagination. Anyway the workout schedule I'm posting below is my universal workout platform. Anyone can modify this to fit their needs or meet goals.
